Owls, (emails) sent from all ages from the Seqkat's
Harry Potter Page, the email address, nor the name of the senders is not
collected at all. It is used to send a friendly reply in regards to the
Harry Potter page.
The email address is never revealed to
a third party, and is never used to send any further information, other than
reply, and is not used for internal promotions.
Emails and information collected from all ages for Seqkat's
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy is not used to collect childrens'
or participators' of any age real name. We encourage participators to create their own character names for the
character they create to play in the Role Playing Game, or to give a Book
Character from the Harry Potter Book series to use as a character in the Role
Playing Game..
The email address the participator uses is used to
send a reply of acceptance if their application is approved for them to join
the Role Playing Game. It is then saved to only let them know if their account has been deleted for whatever reason deemed feasible by the
owner of the game.
